Drive through speaker was not working properly. Employee asked us to repeat our order numerous times rather than having us pull up and speak through the window. We asked her to read the order back to make sure it was correct and she straight up refused! Multiple items in the order were wrong as a result. They weren't busy and it wasn't closing time - this was just terrible customer service.
Bunch of kids working with NO customer service experience. Order was wrong and person taking the order kept talking over me as I was ordering. Got to the window and they were laughing and giggling and got my Order completely wrong, ask for a manager and there names and they said there is No manager working and we don’t have to give you our names.
