They forgot my sauces and nuggets after spending almost $60 on food to go.
The workers are not very customer friendly but also not rude in any way, and the food was delicious!
Food was great but the person at the drive thru window was RUDE. The speaker kept breaking up and I had to ask her to repeat herself and she became angry. I advised her the speaker was breaking up. I had several drinks and she was trying to hand them to me one at a time. I asked for a tray and she threw it out the window at me. Never smiled and only gave me a hateful look when I said thank you and Have a good day. I will not be returning to this location.
I went to Cook Out without expectations and ordered a tray combo to go with a burger, fries, and a quesadilla. The taste was excellent, and the portion size was enough for even two people. I think this chain offers great value for the price, and I’d definitely like to go again.
