Drive thru sux i ordered 3 slaw dogs and I got home and had 3 corndogs instead now tell me does corn and slaw sound anything alike? NO...so i called the store and they will replace them but I've got to drive back over there to get them...damnit.. so I will be the car in front of you next time that takes way too long to move BECAUSE I WILL BE CHECKING MY ORDER BEFORE I LEAVE THE WINDOW...
Cook out food is great however the prices are way too high. There are no coupons available. I love the shakes yummy the best in town
My daughter and I stopped by after I picked her up from the high school on yesterday and it was packed. Neither of us had ever been to a Cook Out before. The burgers are comparable with Five Guys, but much less expensive for a complete meal. Our meals ended up being $5.98 each, for the double burger add cheese, fries/rings and iced tea. We'll go back on a warmer day and test out the huge ice cream treat menu...
Quite possibly the best burger deal in town. Get a burger (or BBQ sandwich or chicken sandwich), 2 sides (including fries, slaw, hush puppies, nuggets, onion rings), and a coke for $4.99. Shakes are great. So thick you need a spoon and tons of varieties. $2.79 a shake. Burgers are as advertised by the name Cook Out. Tastes like you pulled them off your backyard grill. Staff very friendly and proud of the food.
It has been great to finally have cookout to arrive to the atl. I heard so much about co before they arrive. The first location was packed for months. Food, pricing and service at all locations has always been exceptional. Except for today, Porsha an employee on northside drive was very cold and rude. The most unpleasant cookout server ever. The food was great, but the service left a bad taste in our mouths.
The shakes were good when first opened. Now it like getting milk with vert little ice cream. Not even cold! Before they were so good you had to eat then with a spoon! Don't get the shakes anymore!!
Disappointed that I paid for food I did not receive. Discovered after I left because it was carry out. Will make a point to go elsewhere next time. There are plenty of choices at Exit 92 on I85 SC.
It's usually ok but tonight we got a raw burger and no friesthey also forgot to give me my shakes I had to ask for them
As with all Cookout restaurants, the food is good and the price great. This one, which has only been open two months, started strong and hasn't stopped. Minimal mistakes. If any, they are handled immediately and to the advantage of the customer. Great customer service, great speed, great quality, and all this from day one. I go multiple times a week and will continue to do so. Don't overlook anything on the menu. Good job.
