Attitudes in the drive thru. Typical during the day
The worst milkshake I have ever had from any cookout. Literally runny like chocolate milk, with a half of a whole banana in the middle. Nothing cut up, blended or anything. Already home before realizing how bad it was. Absolutely awful. Whenever I do go back, won't be leaving the window without checking, that's for sure.
This was the worst experience, and I dont visit Cookout often. The line was super slow, got to the window and was given the wrong drink. Also, the "Big Double Burger" looked like a kids meal burger. I drove all the way to the Battleground Ave store in Greensboro, NC and was so displeased & disappointed
12 minute drive through timer, and they gave me the wrong drink.
