Jakhia at the Westridge Cookout in Greensboro, NC is amazing! My 16 yr old daughter and I were there this past Monday, 7/27 from 6:30-8:00PM to celebrate my daughter turning 16 years old. My daughter is autistic and Jakhia went above and beyond to acknowledge her and make her feel seen and celebrated. The last 3 visits have been unfortunate. Once I order a BLT and it was just bacon on a bun, last 2 visits I specified everything on my burger including tomato and both times got no tomato. My main issue with my last two visits is with whoever the woman is working the night shifts. She appears to be a supervisor the way she is “instructing” the staff. We had dinner there Saturday evening and on Monday evening, in desperation, we went back to see if my wife’s purse had been left there - IT HAD! They had it and absolutely everything inside of it; cards, cash, identification! Thank you! Food was great too!!
I just went to this cookout and placed and order for 2 big double burgers and onion rings. I got one made correctly and the other without any MEAT or CHEESE. It’s a burger joint. No MEAT.
Orders are always wrong and noticeable once you get home. The kids who work here do not listen to the orders and the end result is a mess. I will avoid ordering from this one.
