Always great until today. 2 Chicken quesadillas were 98% tortilla with the low amount of chicken & cheese that could be held in a single tablespoon. Ridiculous for the $7.99 tray.
Place was an absolute mess. Trash on the floor and tables. Girl taking our order kept turning around while I was speaking to talk to other employees (not telling them what I was ordering) and kept missing what I was saying. I saw the mgmt/owner come out and tell a worker to clean up but that shouldn't ever have to be said... that should be second nature.... someone's dedicated duty. Stopped off at this location on a trip. This was the first Cook Out location I’ve ever been to and likely the last. My order was May 30, 2026 around 8pm. The person at the register claimed I was mumbling, which I was not. I get my food (blt tray with fries & large drink). I ordered and was charged for a large but received a medium drink. The bacon on my BLT was burnt and the fries were terrible. How do you mess up a blt? And fries? And the wrong cup? I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. Poor customer service.
