Best ff rest in Lex. 5 stars in every category there is. Best food, best prices, best service, easy in easy out. I go in but they got drive thru. Only ff we eat anymore is at Cookout.
Multiple times have given me the wrong order. Gave all cheese bites instead of fries and burger wasn't fully cooked. Able to salvage the burger with the air fryer, but I now have a pissed off toddler because there aren't fries. Can y'all just have staff repeat back orders like other chains? That's simple.
My fiancée and I ordered food here about a week ago, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review since then. We absolutely enjoyed our meal. I’ve been visiting this location since it first opened, and the food has always been outstanding. The staff are wonderful, and the overall experience is consistently excellent.
