My significant other and I went to this location yesterday (10/19). We had a great experience. Alexis provided exceptional customer service. She is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. She provided us with the greatest service we have had in a very long time.
Love Cook out and their quality food and service. Never disappoints.
It's a fast food burger joint... with fantastic shakes. Open til midnight, only the drive through, but worth the wait!
The two ladies who worked the front counter tonight are perfect examples of amazing customer service, I’ve been a general manager now for the past 8 years in the food industry and those two girls were STARS! They made me feel welcome, not rushed and had great banter and made me laugh. I didn’t get a chance to grab their names but I can’t no lt speak more highly enough of them, mind you this was at 11:30 on a Saturday night and I was THIS impressed
