I went to Cook Out on May 29 around 12:00 AM. The lady working the drive-thru was very rude and aggressive. She even cursed at me when I was picking up my order. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I am very disappointed and hope management addresses this issue.
I wish I could give negative stars. Lady at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful.
This place really stands out from other cookouts, no other cookout ive been to is as fast as this one, i walked in to a queue of like +15 people... and within seconds it was my turn to order (i even had to ask the girl in the front for a moment to make up my mind). The folks working there must be real-life speedrunners, and somehow unlike the rest of the franchise they don't mess up your orders (I've been here with my homies 4 times and they haven't had a single miss), and all that while still being very kind. Employees were really rude and reluctant to cooperate. I have ordered a huge burger twice and they have gotten it wrong both times. The first time they made me pay for a whole new burger and the second time they claimed they had read back the order and they hadn’t. Because they had rung the order wrong they made me pay the difference and yelled at me at the window for the mistake they made.
