This review is based on takeout. I've never eaten at a Cook Out before. Only the drive thru was open. I found the menu confusing. Under the pressure of cars behind me I just ordered a burger with everything + jalapeños. I asked if I could add chicken tenders. I couldn't understand the person on the speaker.
