My food was burnt. Hush puppies black burnt as hell! Onion rings same burnt and my cheese burger wasn’t even made correctly. And rude staff !
Went to cookout for lunch and they didn't make my burger and tray correct, I took it back to get the order replaced. They gave me a burger instead of a whole new tray. The manager told me that' it is not burger king and I can’t have it my way' refused to remedy my issue. I also asked for my ticket to be returned to me and they refused to return my ticket.
I had a large order today and this cookout is so on top of it! They took my order smoothly got everything correct and I got my food in under 10 minutes! Also great customer service!
