I’ve been a regular at this Cook Out for a long time, but the service over the past month and a half has changed for the worse. The drive through intercom has long waits with no greeting or acknowledgment. Orders aren’t repeated, and they’re almost always incorrect. The inside area is crowded with young employees, but there’s never a visible manager or adult supervising, which raises concerns about oversight.
