I've eaten at Cookout before and had great experiences. My order was sloppily made and I got the wrong drink. My husband didn't get what he ordered (he ordered a double burger and got a cheese casadia)
Okay I definitely can tell you that the customer service was amazing when I was here. The food overall I give it a 2 due to the the cheese for some reason tasted like dirt on the cheese fries I do not know what that was about but it definitely needs to be addressed it was multiple people that had the same exact issue. Other than that the service was quick fast and the people were definitely on it the customer service was great as well the food definitely has to kick it up a notch.
Drive thru line was bananas but then I went in & received faster service, the food was really good too
Very fast, food was exactly what I expected. One soda fountain was not working and it was not perfectly clean. Otherwise it was great.
