Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a Cookout. The staff were acting like something you'd see in a zoo. Completely walked away while we were ordering at started acting stupid. I would have fired the whole staff that night if it was in my control.
The staff there has no personality. They give you these blank stares when you ask for something. One short lady that works there is very nasty. She was in the back throwing around the boxes of food. I asked for a bag and she walked away. They need better communication skills and attitude training. The place also smells like they are cleaning the floors with dirty water.
