Food was okay. But what's with the lack of tables? Could easily put 4 or 5 more in. Luckily someone was just leaving. And fans blowing cold A/c straight down, blowing our napkins everywhere freezing us. Do better, cook out. 3 stars.

Usually don't have too many complaints about cookout but after fighting traffic at 3 o'clock to get us dinner I get all the way back home and open mine to find out I get a strip of onion ring and a small ring. This was reported to the call center and they're sending a voucher but so much for. My dinner..

I came here today and I have to say Hayden is amazing, such good customer service skills, so sweet and helpful, the place was clean and the food was great! Definitely recommend

The food is absolutely delicious! The service is good, they need a better microphone for the order numbers because very hard to hear someone. The restaurant itself is nasty and no urgency from someone to come clean the lobby or restrooms.

Food was good, but how about something more than 4 onion rings, and 3 cheese bites (literally- not making this up). That was NOT a bargain. Would've been semi-acceptable, had the teenaged window cashier not closed the window on my wife, as she was asking her a question. Do better-today, you suck. There are other choices, I'll make a point to remember this next time.
