My most recent experience was not a pleasant one. I came through for a quick lunch and ordered my tray. Upon receiving my order I went to eat a white cheddar bite and it was still frozen in the middle. I brought the food back to let them know and the person at the window took the tray back inside, which is a big food service/health code no no, and they dropped the cheddar bites from the tray back into the fryer. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me. I tried giving it a good holler...twice! To no avail. The other drive thru line appeared to be moving along just fine. I just drove across the street and got a whopper. Kinda sad though- I was craving those hush puppies.
Pretty good for a fast food place, especially the price.
Food is amazing their food is always scorching hot which is always nice. But there is a dark skinned girl with glasses I think her name is Nehemiah that is extremely rude. When she opens the window she doesn’t tell you the amount of the order just sticks her hand out and looks at you. Then holds the money outside the window nothing is being said at all.
