Horrible! Went there for lunch 3/21/26 and customer service was horrible and food was just as bad. I have been to cook out in other locations which were far superior to this one. Cashier was nonchalant, didn’t greet us and frankly didn’t care about being there at work. And by the taste and quality of the food, I would be willing to bet that the cook felt the same way. The drive through experience is...well let's just say, the people who take the orders in the drive through need to spend some time outside to understand how bad the conversation sounds to customers so they know to not rush and miss half the conversation when there is a lag between what comes out of their mouth, through their microphone and to the low quality spoaker system. Wrong order again, multiple items missing as usual, burgers drowning in condiments. This location is terrible!!!!!!!
