If you are wanting good and fast service not the place to go. Cook out is my favorite place for fast food. At this location I waited 10 ish minutes inside no one came to the register. Then got in the line outside and it took another 10 minutes to get though. The food was good and hot, milkshake was great just wish service was better.

Not good!
Poop stains on the toilet seat. All of the tables are unclean. Lobby is unclean. PACKED. The other cookout was good. This one is just straight up unclean.
The food was good as always. Nothing to complain about... But the bathroom is poor Floor was nasty Water to wash your hands pissss poor
