So tired of CONSTANTLY specifying I want the HUGE drink when I place my order and get a window closed in my face before I can point out another time what I already specified I wanted when I ordered. Without fail I regularly keep being given the small slim straight cups every single weekend while the huge cups just sit looking at me while I can’t say anything because the window is already closed instantly.
