CHEAP LOCATION. VERY BAD. Asked for mayo and said they have no mayo packets and would have to charge me to give me mayo in a small condiment cup. I’m amazed they didn’t try charging me for the napkins and straws too for my meal. This location/cook out in general just must be hurting for cash or something or the company has to be extremely greedy. Spent $40 dollars and can’t even get some mayo
Read your reviews about the young lady working the drive thru. she is terrible and rude. Absolute air head working the drive thru. Everytime I told her what I want on my sandwich she would say, “hold on a minute” and then come back with the total of an order I didn't finish ordering. She did this twice before she got audibly frustrated like it was my fault. She was just making up my order each time and when I said, “no I didn't order that” she’d come back with my total again.
