Helpful staff but bland food. Milkshakes was like a Wendy's frosty.
Make sure you have atleast a half of tank of gas BEFORE you get in their drive thru. The owner can contact me about scheduling a training seminar focused on teaching all employees and managers how to properly run the drive thru and keep the cars moving. I am expensive, but I guarantee at the end of the seminar the team members while assisting me taking orders in the drive tru will be able to achieve under a two minute average, during rush hour, starting from the time a car stops at the P.O.S. menu order board until that cust... read more
Man, Cookout is one of my favorite fast food places. Hush puppies & their shakes are the best! Family always goes here when we are in the southeast. One of the places we miss since moving to Texas.
Incredibly disappointed with this place. It’s extremely inconsistent and seems to depend entirely on whether the person working is in a decent mood, only then do you get good service and food. I came back a few times chasing that rare, in between moment when the food and shake were actually enjoyable. But those moments are far too rare. This place has real potential to be good, but something just feels off.
