Milkshakes was not mixed properly and had to wait till we got home to re-blend it in order to drink it. The lady who helped had zero personality, no thank you, no goodbye zero customer service. Milkshakes taste was good 👍
A family member mentioned Cookout had gotten better and I should cancel my years abandonment of them. So I did. Sadly, it went wrong from the start. My attempt to order a couple of hot dogs was met with being informed they had NO buns. How does that happen? That's just bad management. Not to mention there is literally a grocery store across the street which could momentarily restore the absence of such a critical component of their product. They did have pumpkin flavored shakes.
