Every time I have been here, service has been very poor. Very slow, if you want to wait 40 minutes then this is place.
I’m simply sick of trying to deal with cookout employees. They are rude, act inconvenienced, and flat out DUMB! It’s as if they want to get fired. Unbelievable. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
There are 2 drive thru lanes. Why are you only serving one line? I sat there for 10 minutes and after 2 people got served in the other lane i had still yet to hear anything. Once the third person started ordering, i was done. If you arent going to serve an entire lane (which is lit up) then can you at least put a sign? Could you at least see a person in the lane you decided not to serve and let them know? No. And to top it off you give me a quesadilla when i asked for a chicken wrap and ranch when i asked for buffalo sauce. ... read more
The food was sub par!! Nothing like the locations in Atlanta, Jonesboro or Morrow. The burgers were partially pink inside and the fries were dry and barely warm! For $55 I expected more !! I almost called my bank to dispute the charge … the food was so bad. The service was horrible too! We started out in the drive-through and as I was getting my order together, the young lady asked me was ready. I told her I was giving her my order.
