Be waiting in the drive through for hoursssssss VERY slow paste workers , but the food is good and the customer service is alright .
They always get orders wrong and you ask them to fix it and they say they will then they just forget about it. One of the worst places ever and it's a shame because when the food is right it is good.
Ordered a burger combos & no exaggeration this was the amount of fries given. Just disrespectful.
This is a college town Cookout! Maybe the workers should take that into consideration when kids are looking for a late meal. Unable to go to campus dining due to classes and a late rehearsal for dance. My daughter was treated with total disrespect. The worker upset her so bad that she couldn't even breathe and left with NO food. All she wanted was a meal. Demeaned her. Totally disgusting! Where is the customer service? We had three trays, the one in the picture was supposed to have double nuggets but only had one order, that nugget in the tortilla is my ‘chicken wrap,’ and they got one of the sandwiches wrong. It was supposed to be a chicken sandwich and burger but we got two burgers.
