Horrible experience! Waited half an hour for food, just to leave without getting any food. However, others ordered after us and got their food. Manager on duty claimed that they were having issues, but instead of communicating that with the customers waiting, chose to ignore them, then give a half hearted reply when asked about the issue. Not a way to conduct business. Wish there was a zero star option here.
Love Cook Out. I go for the milkshakes because they have such a variety and seasonals
I ordered a Double Burger which was the same price as the Regular Burger.
The chicken quesadilla was amazing and it was just so flavorful and the customer service was amazing and fast. The food is really affordable and I will be visiting cook out more often.
