Not nearly as good as it once was. I ordered onion rings, got 2 normal sized and 1 small piece of one. Chicken quesadilla was a dried out tortilla with a thumbnail portion of chicken and cheese. Burger was good. Not so much a bargain any longer. This was once a fantastic value for a good lunch. Go next door and get a much better lunch.
We get and go to Cook Out pretty regularly. We've only had an issue with one employee telling us we couldn't customize something, We've customized several times before at this location and others. Before and since that employee said we couldn't. 🤔 But normally it's a pretty decent experience.
