Came thru the drive thru last week and the guy with red hair and glasses doesn't need to be in drive thru looking crazy need someone who's clean/ takes care of hygiene
So when I visit Cookout in Radford Va it’s usually through the drive thru…and the food is generally pretty good…fresh and hot!! Although A LOT of HOW your food comes out How HOT it is and especially HOW MUCH you get (esp as sides in the trays) depends on WHO is working…from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE…the last couple times we visited Cookout through the drive thru the kids that were working the drive thru were VERY RUDE VERY SHORT and acted as if we were BOTHERING THEM!! Great place for fast efficient food. The tray is so worth it for the price but food can be sometimes cold.
