Ordered through drive through. I told the cashier to put everything that comes on it on my burger. For the 8$ meal and got charged extra for the "add" onns cheese ( no cheese on it) , tomato (was on it) and bacon (no bacon was on it).. I was charged almost 12 dollars for a meal that was incorrect and incomplete. When I inquired about why the meal cost so much . Cookout is a good place for a cheap bite to eat. Typically they are pretty quick, you get plenty of food for the amount you pay, and the environment is usually pretty calm. All of that said the food is nothing to write home about but that's to be expected for the price and amount you get. At the end of the day I'd definitely recommend it for folks on a tight budget who would still like to eat out. TLDR: Cookout has cheap, plentiful food with decent speed and service.
