Food usually always good at cookout. Always a must stop on road trips having lived in NC. The kid working the front this evening around dinner extremely rude, off putting and confrontational, soured my experience. Worst customer service in probably 100 trips to cookout . Greet the guest, even say what do you want to order, Awkward stare then asking whats wrong with you? Dude say hi, hey whats up something. . Learn basic guest service skills. Others working were fine and food was made well.

I NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT THIS FACILITY. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A CHRISTIAN BASED ORGANIZATION ON THE WAY WE WERE TREATED BY THE WORKERS!
