My 12m said it best "They couldn't have done anything worse" It wasn't good. I'm sorry. I hate leaving a bad review but I don't think I will ever visit a Cookout again. There wasn't an item that wasn't burnt or soggy or just bad tasting. If there was a contest for the worst fast food burger, this one wins. Food was good, the customer service on the other hand😬 lowkey I would be like that if I worked at cook out too but this ain’t even the busy cookout so.
Don't know how take orders, bad customer service, and unprofessional
