The service lately has been terrible especially tonight 8/7 at 8:35. We could barely understand the order taker in the drive thru. She started taking our order twice then told us to hold on and we could hear her arguing with someone. We had to start our order over 3 times because she kept telling me to hold on and start over until she yelled through the headset… we decided to leave and saw her yelling at someone else at the window.
Yet another price increase, not worth the lower quality food. You can get way better burgers across the street.
Typically I don’t leave reviews for places that I go to for late night drive throughs, however I feel like I should share my experience for people who may have difficulties speaking through intercoms (or for people, like me, that have a speech impediment) It was very depressing going through my order while the person taking it would constantly make fun of me for my disability.if I said a few “ums” in a row, the guy would mock me for it then quickly ask again what I want to order.
