I decided to go to Cookout for a burger tray after not having gone since last year after an issue. Placed my order in drive thru with no issue but was given someone else's order. I live 25 minutes away and cannot drive back to replace and cannot eat what I received. I'm not surprised.

The awful woman at the at left drive-thru brought the other "employees" to mock and intimidate my partner for being LBGTQ by berating her appearance, by saying "ewww" and "disgusting." I am going to report her and the rest of them to corporate immediately. This happened today July 12th at around 6pm. EDIT: Called corporate. They were appalled.
