I love cookout! When they actually get my order right. Usually they do little things like forget my sauce almost every time or they burnt my BLT once. But tonight was my breaking point. The wait was 19 minutes to get one burnt wrap, one without sauce, and one had a hard piece of tendon in it. The dude at the window was very nice btw. Like I know the dude in front of me had a big order but c'mon man. I'll change my rating when the good quality is good.
