The food is standard Cook Out quality, but the service and management at this location were incredibly frustrating. I stood at the walk-up checkout window for over 5 minutes. Management looked me directly in the eye, and when an employee finally started walking over to help me, management actually pulled them away to work the drive-thru instead.
