I would like to report a very serious concern regarding a Cook Out employee named Neveah Battle. She publicly posted evidence of herself serving a customer a milkshake that appeared to contain multiple bugs (roaches). This is extremely disturbing and unacceptable behavior from someone handling food. Not only was the act itself alarming, but she also showed no concern or accountability.
