I always go to this cookout and usually enjoy it, but I got a tray today and with my sides they gave me 3 onions rings and 2 chicken nuggets. This was my tray straight after opening it.
The one in winterville a bunch of kids who clearly hadn't been trained appropriately - not their fault- couldn't get my order right, two milkshakes, and then I watched a young guy rub all over his face, play in his hair 🤢 hand me by shakes that still weren't correct after repeatedly correcting them. My criticisms are about the youth working there, yes, because they are who I engaged with, yet, my issue is with management who failed to properly train and prepare them to work with the general public. First of all we always visit this Cook out during the week but this Saturday we came across the most disrespectful and very rude drive through service we ever had, the 2 brown and black girls on drive thru have no respect for people’s dignity and willingness to spend their money so they can keep a job. They need extreme training on how to be polite and nice to their customers. It’s very shameful how this young generation has no kindness no respect and no empathy for other human beings like them self.
