(Shernekqual) was rude on the intercom and even more rude in person... For no reason.. got my order wrong and SHE got upset about it saying she assumed I wanted it that way. Just a bad experience.. no utensils, no straws, incorrect order..but had the audacity to be upset..
Dear cook out change water filtration filter or something sweet tea taste like lagrange tap water. So like dirt and rust.
My burger didn’t have no ketchup after I asked for ketchup, and the food was horrible, they barely gave me fries it was only like 7 fries in the bag. And also my friend had no cheese barley no sauce and then the waters are not free we deserve free waters after that.
Food is always hot and fresh!Love me some cookout!
