9/12/2025 around 12:30. The lady at the cash register was very trashy as well as rude to my wife. There was some confusion over how much it was. The lady at the window said a lower price. Then added more money to the total. My wife was confused and asked if they had all the food. The lady slammed her hand down in anger at my wife. Saying everything was right. My wife just left without the correct amount of food and went to another place. It was very inappropriate.

Tried Cook Out for the first time and it is very good! Burger was like a backyard BBQ burger, fries were what a good french fry should be and the onion rings are great! Place is very clean inside and out! Service is fast and excellent, Gia is friendly and pleasant! Great place it's my fast food go to now!
