Update: for someone that has had a rough year, I still had a commitment that I did keep with Cook. Unfortunately, recently Robin sent my account to collections due to missed promise to pay. That week I had planned on paying, I was in a car accident leaving me with no car. Lost and not knowing what to do, I reached out to communicate that with Cook and Robin refused to work with me. We LOVE Cook Orthodontics. They have the very best team that goes above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable. My two girls are both officially out of braces. Their teeth look AMAZING! We are going to miss seeing the Cook crew regularly!
