Decided I wanted better for myself!! Met with Emily Cook & she illustrated several areas to begin with in knowing what I was consuming. I had NEVER read a food label & I truly love doing it now. I can also say I already feel a difference! I have more energy & realized I DON'T need to eat donuts 🍩 every day...🥦🫐🍓🫑🥚are my go to snacks now. I highly recommend Cook Nutrition 🍴
