This is a very professional group of plumbers, they turn up quickly for emergencies and for more routine things they turn up when they promise and always call to check you are home. They explain what needs doing, check you are happy with it, organise it and then clean up afterwards.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Booked in advance for Friday morning. Heard nothing by 930am so I called, left a message. Again, heard nothing by 11am so I called, left a message. Called again at 1pm to be told “oh sorry that plumber is sick today”. No show and could not even offer a solution. I’m now left with a gas plumbing issue on a Friday afternoon and no other plumber available! Find someone else that might actually care about your business.
