Gross negligence of patient care.
I just spoke to the person claiming to be the office manager who claims her name is "Swathi Ala." She lied to me and said my insurance was not covered here all because she didn't want to schedule a new patient. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Down right rude and unethical. She lied to me and I won't use this practice.
