I just spoke to the person claiming to be the office manager who claims her name is "Swathi Ala." She lied to me and said my insurance was not covered here all because she didn't want to schedule a new patient. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Down right rude and unethical. She lied to me and I won't use this practice.
When I started seeing Swathi Ala. FNP my daily glucose numbers were between 450-515. I wasn’t able to get in with an Endocrinologist for 4 months and I needed my numbers down asap. She immediately put me on medication and scheduled me to come in every week, adjusting medications and getting my A1C from 10.7 to 7.6. When I finally got in with the Endocrinologist, she was very pleased with the medications NP Swathi put me on and made few adjustments. I am currently a patient of Dr. Cooks. Not much longer though. Do not plan on actually seeing Dr. Cook, his Nurse Practitioner runs everything, and not well. You are asked to give a urine sample EVERY time. Just another way they make money off of your insurance. If you are experiencing ANY pain, you will only be prescribed something you can easily buy at Walgreens as they do not prescribe pain medication.
