I’ve had a quite bad experience with them. The person who dealt with my taxes got wrong with my routing number and address, didn’t confirm them with me. And when I called she said that I need to call irs in the middle of tax season, which is quite hard to do. Not worth to pay for their service and get a headache. This is the first review I’m ever writing, it’s very upsetting.
