Absolutely rude staff. They seem more eager to make you feel dumb and shoo you away, rather than offering help.
Thank you Bradley, Bobbi, and the lab Tech and the ER doctor who helped me the other night. (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the lab technician or the doctor.) Some of the nicest people I've seen in an ER.
