A very polite young man arrived, with mask (we didn’t have to ask.) Cook and Harris tried to accommodate our needs and we were really grateful that the engineer came as soon as he could and put us in as first job of the day to fix our boiler We have two children with Down Syndrome so it was very much appreciated. I am put up in charlton hayes patchway, Bristol. house is 5 years old and has got Baxter system boiler installed by cook &Harris. This year I got it serviced by cook &Harris and they told me hot water pressure vessel is gone and it need to be changed as it will be risky otherwise, considered their advice and got it changed which costed me around £280 + £150 for service. Never ever have this cowboy outfit near your property! The standard of work was poor to say the least. Please don't have them in your home
