Quick and friendly service
Scheduled an oil change. The service staff is very friendly. Its a real home town service department. Thanks! BTW, i drive in from Houston.
Brought my car to get fixed on. Picked it up with more lights on my dash board than I had before. They are very expensive. Charged me 4000 plus for a water pump leak. Had to bring it back within a week for another problem and charged me a lot for that and now I got another problem. Smh. I will not be taking my car back.
If it’s possible to give negative stars for the service department, I would. The sun roof has a minor leak, dropped it off late Monday afternoon and was told it would be looked at Tuesday to see if it’s covered under bumper to bumper extended warranty. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told they still haven’t looked at it.
