Second time I’ve called Cook with a problem I couldn’t figure out doing it myself. Replacing an aged combo chandelier/fan with a new chandelier with unclear instructions. Our initial Cook crew was delayed by a thorny issue at another customer’s home,, so the Sr Service Mgr. Brandon arrived to fill in and within 30 minutes, the issue was resolved. First class, knowledgeable folks and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
We had the electrician Brent over here yesterday to fix a rather difficult problem with some outside wires. I told him that the aesthetic appearance of it all meant a lot to me and when he got done it looked perfect; neat and tidy. A job well done!
