Best customer service I have had since moving to Florida from NY 9 years ago! Michele was fantastic! Not only was she personable, she knew what she was talking about and helped me right away! She even reached out to me after hours and tried to guide me and help me with my problem. The electricians were great as well. I will continue to do business with Cook Electric for as long as I live in the Stuart area.

Second time I’ve called Cook with a problem I couldn’t figure out doing it myself. Replacing an aged combo chandelier/fan with a new chandelier with unclear instructions. Our initial Cook crew was delayed by a thorny issue at another customer’s home,, so the Sr Service Mgr. Brandon arrived to fill in and within 30 minutes, the issue was resolved. First class, knowledgeable folks and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
