Seemed knowledgeable enough... scheduled an appointment with Chip in the showroom for a large kitchen remodel with all new cabinets. Met with him and was supposed to receive a quote. Waited 2 weeks and called to follow up after our meeting multiple times and never heard back. This was months ago. Seems like a pattern.
The cabinets and trim were flawless after their skillful installation into our less-than-flawless home. The minor communication lags were likely caused by exceptional quality leading to high demand for their attention. I appreciate their professionalism and excellent results.
Cook Custom Cabinetry is very easy to work with, they really care about your thoughts and ideas. We have used them several times, in our laundry room, dining room, family room, and hallway. We will definitely use them next on our kitchen. We have highly recommended them to friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.
I've been working with Cook Custom Cabinets for a bit over 10 years now. They do all of my client custom cabinet fabrication and installs- from kitchens, bathroom vanities, built-ins and some custom furniture. Jeff and Chip and team are very easy to work with- I give them my vision and they measure and provide fantastic shop drawings to approve. Even if I show them an intricate design or new finish I want to try- they are willing to work with me! Their work is quality and they are a pleasure to work with.
