Very well-maintained and Iv called the several Parks I would consider living in because of how well-kept they are and this is the lowest rent I have found and to me looks to be the best all-around . With the exception of Rosewood and that is just a bigger park then I’m looking for. I am hoping the waiting list isn’t too long. Wish me luck
