Steak was just meh. Everything else was fantastic though
Had been told by others that the steak and atmosphere was great. Came here for my birthday before the post Malone concert with friends and left ourselves 2.5hrs to drink and eat. Our steaks took approximately 2hrs to arrive and were all cooked nowhere near the requested order (wife’s was ordered medium came blue rare, mine ordered medium rare came out well done). The food was excellent, I had the steak sandwich and sweet potato fries and skillet cookie. My friends and I also had line dancing lessons, the instructor was so kind, friendly and patient!
Am pretty disappointed with the service I experienced. My dad was hoping to celebrate his 70th birthday at Cook County Saloon for some dancing and music. I have emailed and called the number on the website numerous times with no luck and finally got through. I was told that someone would get back to me but never heard anything. I've been trying to reach someone again and still no luck.
Had an amazing time beautiful atmosphere, food was perfect , service was top notch. Will definitely be coming back
