Yesterday Thursday the 12th, I called to ask a question, when I started speaking, the person who answered, didn’t let me finish, and told me to let me know when you done, I was shocked at how racism is dividing this country , I don’t think a costumer should be treated like that, it made me very sad , just for asking a question

If I can give these people, no stars I would .I had The most horribly experience with a Caseworker first, she did not answer her phone. I had to go through hell back to get her to answer her phone. These people never answer their phone. Truly, they need to fire all these people and rehire a whole bunch of new people. The communication is off They do not pick their phones up. They do not answer emails. Nobody barely picks up from the call centers what is going on??????? They need to be investigated very unprofessional they require us to do certain things and they’re not even doing their jobs themselves It is not that busy that they cannot even return a voicemail a email or even text messages Who is the president over this place or the CEO because they need to to investigate their employees A lot of lack of empathy and attitudes I believe ... read more
