On the program 19 and always complied by the rules and regulations. Until.I had an inspection b4 my normal timing. I waited for my paperwork after passing the inspection in which it comes right after..I reached and all I got was the call center and left messages. The worse public housing entity. When I moved in the building I live in it was for Seniors. Now, they let anybody move in and they don’t adhere to the rules and regulations. 18 years old and up can move in , when it was 55/62 years. Make it make sense. Plus, the employees are rude and unprofessional. But, they want us to abide by rules and regulations.

Zero stars would be most appropriate. Unfortunately, every negative comment is valid. Glaringly apparent is no accountability or personal pride in their staff's job performance. A complete investigation and restructuring are severely overdue.
