The call center staff is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t even let you get a word in before cutting you off. I submitted my intent to vacate form in July, but they claim it wasn’t entered into the system until August. I have proof that I emailed it to several workers, yet I still don’t have a briefing date, and now my landlord won’t be paid for October. On top of that, I’ve been hung up on multiple times for no reason. I never raise my voice — I only try to explain my housing situation — but the staff shows no compas... read more

The worse public housing entity. When I moved in the building I live in it was for Seniors. Now, they let anybody move in and they don’t adhere to the rules and regulations. 18 years old and up can move in , when it was 55/62 years. Make it make sense. Plus, the employees are rude and unprofessional. But, they want us to abide by rules and regulations.

Zero stars would be most appropriate. Unfortunately, every negative comment is valid. Glaringly apparent is no accountability or personal pride in their staff's job performance. A complete investigation and restructuring are severely overdue.
