I live in Olympic Village in Chicago Heights Illinois I have sewage back up in bath tub b and toilet for two weeks now apt 1a building 29
Never acknowledge my insurance on bills, even though I showed them my insurance card each time I visit. Also the bill is filled with arcane abbreviations without explanations. Mailed them about these issues and never got back. Has stopped utilizing their service.
Poor service yes my sister who is handicapped needs refill on her medication. Walgreens have not been able to get in touch with with her I'm going up there tomorrow with her
