I can’t use my arm anymore since they cut some nerve in there.
I can no get on the phone to talk to anyone but a controller who just says they can’t help me and then connects me to another line where no one answers. I know times are crazy, but I have been trying to get in touch with someone at the clinic for over a month now and to no avail. Today I waited in hold to hopefully schedule an appointment for an hour and 15 minutes! Only to have the ‘system’ experience issues and disconnect me.
