my first time coming to this health center and the officer and front desk lady were very nice to giving me directions to the laboratory, as i had to drop off my mother stool sample. The ladies at the lab were just criticizing how the sample was sent. i understand how its important to follow the instructions on how to send a sample, but this is how my mother was told to do so. and for them to criticize the sample was just plain weird, not only criticizing my mother sample but other people as well, i just find it off, if youre... read more

NEED SERIOUS ATTENTION I am extremely disappointed with the service at Cook County Hospital. My appointment was scheduled for 12:10 PM. I arrived early at 12:05 PM, expecting to be called within a reasonable time — maybe around 12:20 or 12:30 PM. Instead, I was left waiting until 1:30 PM with absolutely no explanation.
