This construction company is contracted with my city. They run stop signs and speed down the road to their construction. They are doing this in a residential neighborhood that the speed limit is only 25 we have elderly housing and the elderly walk their dogs up and down this road. We have apartments down the road where dozens of children live and they walk this road to school. This company is going to kill someone acting the way they do.
