Cooks is the best heating and air folks I have ever worked with. The technician, Sam, has been here twice. He does what he says he’s going to do. No stone is left unturned. His professionalism, manners and politeness are excellent. He explains everything he has done. Sam, the office manager (not the same person as Sam the technician) also delivers quality service. Cook Comfort Systems does something unique to most contractors; they actually did what they said they would do. I use them for annual inspection and service on my existing units and they recently installed a new unit. They have been a pleasure to work with over the past 2 years.
