Cooks is the best heating and air folks I have ever worked with. The technician, Sam, has been here twice. He does what he says he’s going to do. No stone is left unturned. His professionalism, manners and politeness are excellent. He explains everything he has done. Sam, the office manager (not the same person as Sam the technician) also delivers quality service.
