Arrived for an 8am appointment more than a week out from the referral date, was told they had no data from prior imaging and couldn't advise anything really. And yes, I signed release forms weeks prior at imaging center to prepare for this appt. Dr advised that the info the office received was a vague summary from the PCP referral and "kind of ominous". Went in to Urology for my son (second visit) and Dr. James Sanders had the same demeanor from previous visit. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. James did not introduce himself, appeared disinterested, and was not reassuring or helpful during the consultation. As a parent, I expected a lot more professional and compassionate approach, but instead felt dismissed and unsupported. Gotta love nobody caring and then they put you on hold and disconnect the call cause they don’t care!!! Man I hope your kids never need anything no compassion and be told sorry I’m just the receptionist.
