Brought our daughter here later in the evening and they took great care of us. Not much of a wait thankfully, maybe 5 minutes before we were in a room. Lovely doctor and team!
Dr. Hunt was very caring and made sure my daughter was taken care of during the visit. She was very attentive and paid attention to the smallest detail with my 4 year old. We walked in the clinic very worried about her and left with my girl feeling better and more comfortable. Thank you Cooks Children staff for what you do
My daughter brought our grandson to your urgent care clinic today with a sick 8 year old who almost passed out and was turned away because you "only accept appointments" ..... The description on this web page clearly states it's a walk in urgent care clinic! What???
Dr. Hopson and Jen were amazing. I have a medically complex autistic child who is not very easy to work with when it comes to doctors appointments. The amount of time they spent with us to calm him and get him the treatments he needed was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. This team is top notch, and I'm so thankful they are available to us. If it seems like your wait may be longer than you thought, just keep in mind that you never know what they are dealing with behind closed doors. I just can't say enough go... read more
