If I could give no stars I would I went Friday evening with my middle child for a severe onset cough asked them to test for rsv they did not they diagnosed him with croup gave him a steroid then came in next day my infant and 9 yr old started severely coughing as well again asked for testing of rsv they did not !!! They tested for flu! And was negative finally Monday comes around and I take them to willow park surely enough they are all positive for rsv !!! Weve seen Dr Filtz a few different times and each and every time she is not helpful whatsoever. This time with a temp of 104, she refused to test for RSV or Covid stating a virus cant have a temp that high which is a lie, Cooks downtown staff have reported this season seeing temperatures that high with flu, covid, and RSV. She is fear mongering and discriminatory just because we dont use Cooks and have the online chart updated with vaccines so she treated us like we had the plague.
Brought our daughter here later in the evening and they took great care of us. Not much of a wait thankfully, maybe 5 minutes before we were in a room. Lovely doctor and team!
Dr. Hunt was very caring and made sure my daughter was taken care of during the visit. She was very attentive and paid attention to the smallest detail with my 4 year old. We walked in the clinic very worried about her and left with my girl feeling better and more comfortable. Thank you Cooks Children staff for what you do
