Just left after the watching ten patients come after me and then be called back before my child. The staff kept telling me we were next in line. We have gone here for years and the service gets worse every time.
so far bringing both of my daughters here were the best visits and very professional doctors
Waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen. The aide taking vitals was rude, but the 2nd aide who came to assist was pleasant & also the NP Shannon was very kind. The reason I chose Cooks for my children’s PCP was for the children’s urgent care. I felt there was no sense of urgency. Once we were finally called to the back there staff area was full of seated people, laughing & joking. I would not recommend & it’s unlikely we will return.
Just hanging up on people is crazy work
Took my four month old daughter here because she was running a fever. The wait was long, but that’s to be expected during flu season but all of the nurses and everyone are amazing. They took great care of my daughter.
